Bridge 14 beta - inapplicable commands not greyed out in menus

Bridge beta 14.0.0.57 - macOS Monterey 12.6.8

HIG guidelines specify that inapplicable menu commands be greyed out. However, Capture Time commands are not.

1. Select one or more folders in Content panel

2. Edit->Edit Capture Time or Edit->Revert Capture Time to Original

Neither command should be active as Capture Time does not apply to folders.
