Sorry but need a lot more information.

What is your operating system (and what release)?

What version of Bridge are you using (and what release)

Are you just using Bridge or do you have one of the Photoshop plans?

Are you trying to open up raw images in camera raw or jpgs or what? Also, how are you trying to open these images? If they are raw, what brand and model of camera are you using? (If the camera is very very new, than maybe Adobe hasn't updated ACR to work with your camera yet.)

Lastly, I completely aplaud your using English but it's apparent that that is not your native language. If so, please write in your native language and we can let Microsoft translate do the translations for us.
