Bridge

I have a new C disc in my computer, have reinstalled Bridge and the other photo programs. But now I can't download photos from camera to computer, nothing happens when I click the camera icon in Bridge. I get the message ”It is impossible to download the program correct (0x000007b)”. What’s wrong?
