Bridge 2019 fails to open Mac OS Mojave

Just got a new Imac and downloade CCloud with Photoshop,Bridge, and Lightroom.  Lightroom problems but that for

a later time.  Bridge will not open because of: A write permission error has occurred. (I am listed as administrator on long in.

Thankls in advance for any thoughts!

    Make other new administrator accounts, and login, and open Bridge.
    If this action success, your accounts system brokened.

    Create another new administrator account on your Mac and try running Bridge there.
    If Bridge works with your new account, your old account is most likely corrupted.
