Bridge 2019 No Longer Duplicates Folders?

I have a folder on Dropbox with 2 PSD templates in it.

I click on the mater folder folder containing my templates folders. I find the sub-folder I want to duplicate and highlight it. I type ⌘D. Nothing happens.

I can, however, right-click the sub-folder I want to duplicate and select "Copy"from the flyout menu. I then go and highlight the master folder. I type ⌘V and a copy of the sub-folder appears in the master folder.

I used to be able to just type ⌘D and the folder I wanted was duplicated. This is no longer functional.

The ⌘D command does still work on individual images.

This may be a Dropbox issue. Duplicate works fine for folders not associated with Dropbox.
