Bridge 2019 Preview Images BROKEN

I rely on Bridge for my workflow. Bridge 2018, and all before worked fine.

Adobe in typical fashion seems to have broken 2019.

Image previews are now crunched, unclear, look like JPG Compression level 1.
I would revert to 2018 but now 2018 no longer provides a pathway to Photoshop Contact Sheet under TOOLS.
I have investigated all of Bridge 2019 presets, cache level, cache clearing, maximum file size etc.
All of my work collegues (~25) have the same issue: PREVIEWS ARE BROKEN.

I have seen comments on this on other forum.

Is Adobe listening to their professional subscribers?
