Bridge 2019 What is up?!

What happened! This is now a useless program. Even after changing all my settings to their usual state (monitor size previews, cache in the correct place, what have you) even a modest, for me and my work, folder (2000 raw files, 150gb) took nearly 4 hours to "generate and export cache" (last version that would have been about 1/2 hour) and on reopening the same folder, took an additional 15 minutes to become useful. Furthermore, there is no bottom line indication of WTF is going on, nor the number of files involved in a given procedure? Bridge and ACR are the fundamental tools of my business, this is not acceptable.
