Bridge 2020 Keywords

I have a listing of keywords in Bridge 2018. Bridge 1919 was loaded by adobe but it did not contain 2018 keywords. I carried on using 2018, both versions were active. 2020 automatically loaded by ac but they took away the 1918 and 1919 left with no keywords! It would make a good video, also how to back bridge keywords up? How do companies run their keywords if adobe changes / updates bridge every year? Thank You, Peter
