I've been using Adobe bridge ever since CS4 and have never had this problem before. Until they went from CC version 8 to 9, I mean. I have searched though the preferences and set my catch to over 1000MB but it helped nothing.

It is to great inconvenience thta I can not see the picture, but only a PSD DOC thumbnail!

Are their any others who have the same problem or had, and have found a solution?

I have it winds me up and exstracts the urine. My files are often larger than 1gb. I can see the image if i ignore Bridge and import into the other shite bit of software that is downright glitchy called lightroom classic. Also i had to put my images ito photoshop batch process them and save them as save as. Then it started to take affects. two days of life never to get back. The entire product is faulty and glitchy from bridge to photoshop. Hope this helps.

All the blur effects are also almost useless. It crashes if i try to use lense flair on a layer with any missing pixels etc. I have just spent nearly 4000 on a 4k monior and i9 computer etc. Its still as slow as fek and I sometimes just give up. I was unable to use the sliders in Camera raw for 2 months as that was also glitcy. They keep blaming me and asking you to reset. Strage how it works all of a sudden after a download of some sort. Not good for profetionals like myself. I have been typing fast so excuse the grammar . I still have work to do and was looking for an answer to the same problem. Some one said change the thumnail to large in preference. That made no difference.

Sounds like you are using PS. Which version?

When you indicate it crashes, does the machine hang? Do you have to restart?

Can you post a crash report here using the event viewer in adminstrative tools?
