Bridge 2021 apply metadata changes

Hi 

Just updated to 2021, and couldnt work out why my metadata changes werent saving. Now i see a little tick and cross at the bottom, and it looks like you now have to press tick (apply) after every change. 

Forget to press that and youve lost all changes. what a pain

Is that new? can we select auto save when we move to another image?

Also, while im here, can we move the metadata fields? TITLE makes much more sence to be above description to me.
