Bridge 2022 freezes after opening file in Camera Raw

Hi, since today morning I can not open any file in Camera Raw with Bridge (CR3, CR2, jpg).

Deinstalled Bridge, reinstalled, no success, deinstalled together with Photoshop, removed every Camera Raw folder I found, no success.

When clicking in Bridge in Camera Raw settings, same problem, Bridge freezes.
Deinstalled the newest file for an older Version ( 11.1.4.213), same problem with freezing.
In Photoshop I can open every raw file.

Working on Mac OS 12.0.1

Add: I found out that it doesn't work if I activated the option: Preferences > open in Camera Raw with double click. 
If this is deactivated the files open with photoshop in Camera Raw, that works. But therefore I need to open photoshop-
