I am having th same problem. It didn't start until now and I've had OS12 operating for a while. I've tried holding down the option/shift/command buttons. Nothing happens. I am not terribly technical, but I am terribly frustrated. Is there an easy fix?

Had the same problem, but installing the latest camera raw update and restarting my computer did the trick for me

Hi

Thanks for the feedback. Is the crash happening when you open Camera Raw. If yes can you please try to install latest Camera Raw (14.0.1) from camera-raw-plug-in-installer. If not can you please submit the crash report using the Adobe crash reported. (Please make sure the email id is same as used here)

Thanks,
Bridge Team

Jean, unless you're specific, no one can know what you think is "the worst."

Since the update a while back the cropping went from stationary photo and you moved the crop to the photo moving all around, It's the stupidest method of cropping I have ever incountered and I know I am not alone.

Please give the option to go back to the old method, without having to unintall!! I'm seriously planning on leaving Adobe all together over this small thing. I crop and edited in batches and this slows my efficiencies to the point it takes me 3 times as long to edit anything. This is not including the constant freezing and shutting down that Adobe Bridge or Photoshop does everytime I try to do anything with a slightly larger file size.

If anybody knows a way around this please let me know.

I was having this very same problem where photo downloader would crash everytime i tried connecting it to my iPhone to offload and rename my files. Clearing the cache as the above link suggests did indeed stop it from cashing and allow me to initiate the download sequence until it crashed around 200/9000 images.  😞
