Bridge 2023

When I open Br it loads the images, but when I want to edit camera raw, the following error image appears CAMERA RAW EDITING IS NOT ENABLED - camera Raw editing requires that a qualifying product has been licensed.

I have already had the support of someone from Adobe who told me that only with the update would be possible to solve. But with version 13.01 everything remains the same!

And do you have "a qualifying product (that) has been licensed"?

ACR is a Plugin raw interpreter that requires a licensed version of Apps like Photoshop or Photoshop Elements installed. Do you subscribe to a Plan with Adobe Apps?

Regards. My System: Windows-11, Lightroom-Classic 15.3, Photoshop 27.5, ACR 18.3, Lightroom 9.3, Lr-iOS 10.4.0, Bridge 16.0.3 .

Hi @Goreti Ferraz, just out of curiosity, what happens when you drag one of the raw images onto the PS icon in the Dock are Start menu?

(BTW, it's good to put in your OS when you ask for help.)

BTW #2, what the Adobe person on the phone said is hogwash. You should not HAVE to update unless it involves a feature that is in a version you do not have.
