Bridge 2023 bug - inactive content panel should be dimmed

When a second content panel is present, the inactive panel should be dimmed to indicate that it doesn't have focus. Currently, the selected thumbnail and content panel do not change appearance, so there are multiple selected thumbnails in multiple panels which is confusing.
