Bridge 2023 Crashes at Launch & Causing Problems with Br/Raw/Ps 2022

Question

I updated Ps, Br, & Raw to 2023.Now...2023 Br crashes at launch.The installation of 2023 also caused trouble with Br & Ps 2022: 2022 Br & Raw work until I try to batch with Ps or Image Processor with Ps from Br: Tools>Photoshop>Batch or Tools>Photoshop>Image Processor.  I get: "Install latest version of Photoshop to continue..."  I have installed, uninstalled, reinstalled 2023 Ps several times with no help.  I can open 2023 Ps normally just fine.  I can run Image Processor from 2023 Ps: File>Scripts>Image Processor just fine.PC, Windows 10, 32 GB Ram

I've have the same problem. It is almost impossible to get into contact with Adobe. I tried it nummerous times but still nothing.
