Bridge 2023 crashes on windows 10 with a message when trying to view pictures full size

I go to bridge, click on the picture, any picture and press space bar to view in full size, I get a message Bridge has encounatered a problem with GPU hardware and so on, says it will switch to software rendering and it is clicked next time I come back, but still not able to use bridge to view full size raw format pictures. Tried everything and updated hardware driver. It didn't happen in the previous version, gave some message, but worked, but now it keeps crashing and shutting off bridge every single time. What can I do to fix this, because it is very sad that I was able to use it with previous version and new version broke something that is no longer working for me.
