Bridge 2023 crashing. Please HELP!

Every time I open up Adobe Bridge 2023, I don't see the window to work in it, all that comes up is the report window. I can't add my metadata and it's not letting me use camera raw. Please help!

I'm on MacBook. What's going on is when I click on the program, it loads, but it doesn't open

Ok if you click View report it will show the crash report, posting that may help to diagnose the issue.

Hi, did you try recreating the preferences file: hold CTRL+ALT+Shift as you start Bridge.

I did. and it still won't open!

To cover all bases, did you receive a prompt letting you know you are deleting prefs?
