Bridge 2023 mouse issues

Hello,

just installed Bridge 2023.

- Scroll + ctrl does not resize thumbnails.

- "Additional Side Back button" of my mose does not send me back.

Both "features" worked with 2022. Therefore I downgrade. Well done, Adobe.

Regards

Jakub

Hi,

The mentioned issues are fixed in the latest patch release #13.0.1.583. Please install and confirm if that fixes the issues.
You can refer to the issues fixed in the patch at the following link https://helpx.adobe.com/bridge/kb/fixed-issues.html

Thanks,
Bridge Team

I have the same problem with my mouse buttons. It's very annoying. It seems that Bridge 2023 is worse and more unfriendly than 2022 version. Are they going to repair it?

By this kind of 'updates' Adobe is definitely making people start looking for another similar tool.

I am restoring the previous version. I hope someone will realize that they did something hopeless and restore the previous options

...aaaaand drag&drop from zip not working too. Ctrl+N - New window is gone. Those tabs are annoying 😭😭😭 complicated fast navigation and sorting of images

Yeah my mouse side back button or forward buttons do not work as I have a Logitech mouse. So navigation with the mouse is pretty much dead. What's going on Adobe? Can we get an update on this please?

Thanks.

I see the same problems in Bridge 2023 on W11

Also annoying that the Folders panel resets the view to the top of the folder tree  after files have been moved to a folder in that panel from the content panel by drag and drop.

I have a different mouse issue: the pointer disappears in the Bridge window. Fine, as soon as I cmd/tab to different programmes. Please fix!

I had a similiar issue. While navigating within Bridge, the mouse pointer disappeard. Only way to get it back was to close bridge and reopen it. ALT+TAB'ing to a different window did not bring it back.

I have the same issue since "upgrading". Why would Adobe revome this super useful mouse function that now has no function at all?!?! What am I missing? As per usual for Adobe, one step forward two steps back...👏🙄

I'm experiencing similar issues.

• Using the scrollwheel + CTRL key does not resize thumbnails in the content view

• forward / back buttons on mouse can no longer be used to navigate in content view

This looks like a case of regression from the previous version of Bridge.

I have the same issues.

I can not navigate folders back with my mouse button in 2023.  How navigation can change from version to version is a horrible disruption to workflow.

The same issues in my case. Bridge gets worse and worse from one to the other version.

Is the button activating backspace?

Do you mean the mouse button? In 2022 version the additional mouse "thumb" buttons activated "go back / go forward" action in Bridge

It seems it does not work anymore in 2023.
