Bridge 2023 not allowing me to open Folders on External Drive

I have gotten to the point where Bridge can access and see the folders on my external drive by giving permission in Privacy, Files and Folders BUT there is a red circle and a negitive sign through each folder not allowing me to open them. Can someone please help me with this problem.

Hi Fijigirl, (Yes, you did have the question here!)

I gather that you can get to the external drive? In the screenshot below, you can see that I've selected an external drive shown in the path bar.

And, when I look at the Content Panel, I have access to all of the folders.

Can you please do the same and provide a screenshot of that?

Gary I got the problem all worked out because of your previous posts. I had the wrong Bridge getting access. Once I went back and gave Bridge 2023 full access everything comes up accessible. Can't thank you enough.

Ah, got it. While not consistent, occasionally when updating an application, you need to update these preferences.
