Hello,
I was doing the post production of my photos and the next time I turn on my computer to continue my work where I left it, bridge 2023 latest update doesn't seem to be able to porcess the CR3 files any more. can't show thumbnail, can't open with camera raw to edit.
The files where working fine just before lunch break!
I tried to reinstall Bridge, I also tried with an older update, it doesn't change anything.
It's a huge problem, I have a lot of work I need to process to deliver to my clients fast.

Hello @EVOQ

This issue is fixed with the latest Adobe Camera Raw (ACR) 15.5.1 update.

We would recommend you update and confirm if the issue is resolved.

Update: Go to the Creative Cloud desktop app, click on Update in the left sidebar of the Apps panel, and Check for updates. Then click Update for Camera Raw.

We appreciate your patience and support.

Regards,

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
