Bridge 2023 recognizes mounted external drive but won't display images

I click on the external drive in Bridge and it won't display folders or images

I went back to Bridge 13.0 and it lists the external drive folders and images. Problem just exists in 13.0.1 and 13.0.2

Bridge 13 has some bugs, I haven't seen this particular one happening. Maybe try purging cache for that drive?

Are you on a Mac or Windows PC, and what operating system version? Is this external drive directly connected (USB/Thunderbolt) or a network drive? Did you get a dialog asking for permission to access external drives?

Windows 11. USB-C connection. Folders and images appear in Lightroom.
