Bridge 2023 update loses all user presets

Just updated to Bridge 2023, version 13.0.1.583 from 2022.

Windows 10 Pro

 

All user presets are not imported and I've just spent two hours trying to find them in 2022 folders to no success. Rolling back to 2022, they are still there, but even with both versions installed they are not appearing in 2023. 

 

Any help importing them to 2023 would be helpful without having to recreate dozens of them from scratch.

    I can find them if I "Load Settings" and then "Create New Preset" which acts like it's working...but then no User Preset is created. The folder simply does not exist.
