Bridge 2024 - Deleting single image makes status window pop up every time

Any ideas on how to suppress this? Everytime I delete a single file it pops up a window that says "estimated time remaining" and then its done.  I'm just deleting one item. This is irrelevant, and terribly annoying for deleting multiple files with the delete key.

Such a pain.  I haven't dived into the rest of the app yet because it can't even handle this basic function.
