Bridge 2024 filter flags ratings not working correctly

Question

We have 3 new windows 11 computers all running the same software programs, one computer when running Bridge will not work correctly when using filter, ratings to flat 1,2 ,3, 4 or 5. You think it has worked sometimes as it may flag 4 out 20 but most time just not working. We have removed and re-installed the software updated from 2023 to 2024??? pulling my hair out to find the fix???
