Bridge 2024 still having same issues, can't open external drive, moving images to folders

Hi,

I just updated Bridge 2024 again, and I still cannot access external drives nor can I move images from one folder to another.  I keep going to back to use 2022 because it works.  I can't find anyone else having these issues here in the community.  Can anyone help me with why I am having problems?

Windows 10, been using Bridge for 20 yrs and I find 2024 to be unusable for me.
