Grazie per la gentile risposta.
Ho risolto il problema. Ho chiuso tutte le applicazioni Adobe. Sono uscito
dal mio profilo Adobe creative. Spento il Macbook. Ho riattivato Adobe
Creative e aperto Photoshop. Ora funziona.
Di nuovo grazie

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Thanks for you feedback, Could you please confirm the following for us to help debug this issue?

  1. Have you tried logging out and logging back in the Creative Cloud application.
  2. Are you able to preform same quick action inside Creative Cloud app (To do this, you can launch Creative Cloud and try this quick action under the quick actions section)?
  3. Is this issue reproducible on all types of assets or some particular asset ? If yes, could you please share a sample asset with sharewithbr@adobe.com.

Thanks,

Navkamal
