Bridge 2026 16.0.3 Problem

When I open Bridge 2026 16.0.3 all I get is a whirling wheel for ever and Bridge 2026 is unresponsive.

I have to close it through Task Manager. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted about 6 times and still the same issue.

I tried version 15 and the same issue also.

Windows 11.

Any help would be appreciated.

I had the same problem and got it resolved by an Adobe employer. What he did (I think). Clean up app from creative cloud, than delete Bridge 2026 and install again. It’s working for me (I have Mac)

I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and it makes no diffence.

The interface opens but as soon as I click anywhere I get the spinning wheel and nothing.

Did you do the cleaning first? There is an clean up app from Creative cloud.

Possibly Bridge is looking for disconnected or unavailable drives. Are you using cloud storage of any kind?

Not using cloud storage of any kind.

No missing network drives.

Got me tossed but annoying when paying $80 a month for software that doesn’t do what its manufacturer claims.

Can an Adobe employee contact me about this issue please.
