Bridge: All files open in Bridge jump to 0kb

This is a new problem and I'm not quite sure when it started.  Certainly within the last couple of months.

 

I haven't been able to track the exact steps when working in Bridge that cause this.  Also, sometimes I have recovered the files, but I wasn't tracking those steps either.  The worst case was recently where all the files I had open in Bridge were lost, but thankfully, I found them in TRASH so was able to recover them.

 

I use a Mac Studio.

 

I wish I could provide more information.  What I can say is that it has happened several times.  Most of the time, Bridge behaves normally.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Thanks  for your advice.

I guess I'm not sure where my entry ended up.  I've used the Forum a lot in the past and thought I was doing the right thing.  I guess I must have missed some information as to where I wanted my request to go.  I thought it was going to the Photoshop Forum as Bridge is part of Photoshop.

I looked at the location that you recommended...thanks.

When I look at the top of this string I can't tell which forum it is in.  Maybe that is what I missed entering.
