Bridge and Android phone photo albums

As a LR and PS user, I am not familiar with Bridge. I am looking into this software for a friend who wants to get a photo library manager. Most of his photos are taken with his Samsung Android (don't know which model) and his main concern is making sure that the albums he creates on his phone can be preserved during the transfer process to his PC. So my questions are the following:

• Will Bridge keep the albums intact during the transfer for the phone to the PC?
• If so, will this process require much tech savvy on his part?
• Like LR, is it possible with Bridge to assign key words to photos ?
• Is it possible to create collections (smart or not)?
