batch changing files does not work(((((( What should I do?
this tool always worked well, but stopped working since yesterday evening((((((

    Hi, @Irina30603195jwor we need more information:

     

    Does the Batch option not show up under tools?

    Does it show up, and after putting in your settings and clicking OK, nothing happens?

    Where are the files located that you're trying to work on?

    What have you updated (or auto-updated) lately?

    What is your OS (and what release)?

    Which version of Bridge and Photoshop do you have installed (please, do NOT say the latest, which version)?

     

    And please describe in detail what you are doing.

     

    Please answer every question, otherwise, it could result in it taking longer to solve your issue because we'll have to ask the question again.

    Where are the files located that you're trying to work on? on hard drive

    What have you updated (or auto-updated) lately? I haven't done anything suspicious the last few days. I have the latest updated version. Uninstalling the program and reinstalling it didn't change anything. I tried to install the previous version, but it did not solve the problem

    What is your OS (and what release)? mac OS Ventura 13.4

    Which version of Bridge and Photoshop do you have installed (please, do NOT say the latest, which version)? I have the latest version of Adobe Bridge 13.3 installed.

    Adobe Bridge also freezes and blocks when closing the program.
    In Adobe Lightroom 16.4, I also have a problem with file synchronization after processing one photo
