Bridge Beta crashes when ejecting SD card

Hi Jim,

To make sure I understand things: you were looking at images in Bridge with the SD card inserted into your computer. When you tried to eject the card, it would not eject. Correct?

This is probably because the Mac is still thinking that Bridge was engaged with the card. If you happen to do this again, please quit Bridge and see if it will then eject the card. 

Just out of curiosity, were you doing anything with the images on the card, such as enhancing them in ACR or Photoshop? I ask because #1, this is not a good idea if these are the only copies you have of these images, but also #2, it ties more of the Mac's resources to the activity on that card, making it harder to eject. 

I encourage you to ingest all of the images onto your computer (or external drive) and then do the looking, enhancing, etc. 

Hi, please also state if the card is inserted an the internal reader, or an external one, and if the latter, please give its brand and model.

Could you please share the following details about the issue:

• Are you able to eject the card using Finder
• Reconnect the card and try without opening Photo downloader

Have you tried using the update to Bridge 13.0.2.636? It should have a black icon instead of the beta's white icon. It will be found in the "Updates" tab in the Adobe Creative Cloud App and is identified as 13.0.2

Please see if that solves the problem.
