Bridge Beta's New Media Importer crashes while downloading images

When Im downloading with the New Image Importer on Bridge Beta 17.0.0 it crashes during the transfer with the following message.

Cannot create files

Adobe Bridge could not create one or more files or folders in the destination. A name may be invalid, or you may not have permission to write there. Choose a different folder and try again.

Files copied before the error were saved to: \\Work\Work\6001

I have the same setting as the old importer and normal Bridge downloads fine.
