Bridge Bouncing In Toolbar

Hello

When closing Bridge a message box appeared regarding clearing catche. I ignored the message and imagined that I could do this when using later in the day however, Bridge will not now open despite trying many times. Currently the icon is bouncing in the toolbar. I have had no issues previously. I am working on OS 10.15.7. Any advice would be welcome as I am working on an urgent project with a short time scale and cannot open the required Canon RAW files.
