Bridge Cache - An error occurred during shared cache export. Would you like to retry?

I'm trying to create a shared Bridge cache for a given folder, but everytime I try I get the following error:

An error occurred during shared cache export. Would you like to retry?

There is no error code or any other information given, I have no clue what I'm doing incorrectly - can anyone give me a pointer on where to start?

    Did you ever figure this out? We are having the same problem.

    Hi Daved,

    Sorry to hear about the error.

    Some error scenarios might be:
    Disk full: If the disc or the network location is full during the generation of cache.
    No read or write access: If you do not have access to the folder you are trying to export.
    Network issue: If the network is down and export is in progress from a network location
