Hi lyandres,

Are you facing issues opening raw images in camera raw? if yes, please update the camera version on your machine also, check, Is the parent software(Photoshop) installed on your machine or not?

For updating camera raw version, please refer the document: Camera Raw installer for Adobe Photoshop CC and CS6
