Bridge camera raw not opening into Photoshop

I have seen this question but no suitable answers.  I am using a Mac OS Ventura 13.0.1, Bridge 2023 version 13.01.583, Photoshop 2023 version 24.0.1.  I have always used Bridge to select the files I want to edit.  When I double click on a photo Bridge opens it in camera raw.  When I have finished editing in camera raw and click open it takes the photo back to Bridge.  Then I have to right click on the photo, select open in Photoshop 2023 which takes me back to camera raw and then when I click open I am finally in Photoshop.  Never used to work this way.
