Bridge Causes Internet to Disconnect

I have tried: Uninstalling and reinstalling Bridge. Updating 12, 13, and downloading and trying the Beta. Resetting Bridge preferences. Clearing the Bridge Cache. Disabling the antivirus (and there is no VPN). Reinstalling my wifi adapter drivers. Buying and installing a new wifi network adapter. Using the creative cloud clean remove tool and following the guide to clean remove and reinstall creative cloud.  Looking for network issues on the (Windows 10) PC.  Uninstalling all unnecessary programs. Note: There are no networked drives listed under "My PC" from explorer and no other programs cause my internet to disconnect like Bridge does.  This has been happening for 5 days now or so and is consistent when opening Bridge.  Bridge does not cause the internet to disconnect ONLY if the "My PC" folder is not expanded, otherwise, when opened or when expanding the "My PC" folder, Bridge causes the internect to disconnect until Bridge is closed, when immediately the internet reconnects and I have full connectivity once again.  Occasionally, the internet won't come back on until there is a system restart, even if Bridge is closed, but usually the internet comes back when Bridge is closed.

Another note: I have also tried using a registry cleaner to clean the registry for erronous entries etc.  Thanks everyone for taking a look at this post.
