Bridge CC 2017 Output Module doesn't work

I followed the instructions on the installation page, the OUTPUT button appears in Bridge but doesn't lead to anything when I click it.

Another weird thing, when I went to Application Support > Adobe I found that I had a Bridge CC 2017 folder but no Bridge CC 2017 Extensions folder. I bet that's part of the problem but I don't know know what to do and I don't know why adobe keeps making this stuff more complicated with every update.

Please help, I need this for work!

    never mind, I found that I was using the USER library, not the SYSTEM library. (For anyone else having the same problem when you GO TO FOLDER, type /Library, NOT ~/Library. ~ takes you to User.
