Bridge CC 2017 version is 7.0.0.93 x64

Hi

am having issue with Bridge as on start up Bridge is trying to connect to Publish server which is not allowed by Our proxy i need that option disabled completely

which should be optional and its not, if this cant be done can i get URLS to where bridge is trying to connect on the start up so we can allow it on our proxy
