Hi all,

I have recently updated Bridge CC to 2017 and now it simply will not open. Lightroom 2015 and Photoshop 2017 are all fine. Has anyone else had this issue?

Thanks!!

I'm running Windows 10 with the latest Creators update Version 1703 (OS build 15063.250)

I've run into the same issue. I'm wondering, what is this CC cleaner tool and how do I get it?

    Hi BSEshawn,

Sorry for the delay in responding to your query. The Adobe CCleaner tool is used to completely wipe out any Adobe product and related registry entries from a computer so that a clean install of the same product can be done to resolve an issue.

You can use it to fix the issue related to Bridge CC not starting, Refer Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems for download link and instructions of the tool.

Let us know if that helps.

    Thanks,

    Akash

    Hi rupertgreenwood,

Are you able to run Bridge CC 2017 (build 7.0.0.93) while other applications are not running?

What happens when you restart your computer and start only Bridge CC 2017. Only one instance of Bridge application can be run at a time.

How did you install Bridge CC 2017?

    Regards,

    Sahil

I'm using the creative cloud desktop app to install my programs. i updated bridge to bridge CC 2017 via the app. And after running the Adobe CC Cleaner Tool and doing a fresh install of the app then a new install of bridge it still doesn't work even by itself.
