Bridge CC 2018 File Explorer not working

I can't click any directories on the left hand side of bridge. Restarting etc do not work, mouse functionality is overall broken.

    That was happening to me too, but I wondered if it needed time to load previews. Turns out it did and is now working for me... let it sit for a while in your background and you should see items come back for selection.
