bridge cc 2019 lockup

After spending about 2 hours reorganizing my photos into new folders, I am unable to exit bridge. I only have the rotating colored disc as the cursor and nothing else works. hope you can help. tried to update to make sure that I have the latest version. Can't verify what version I have because of the lockup. I installed what I have less than a week ago.

    Thanks for writing to us. Please select the force quit from the apple menu for mac or press ctrl+alt+delete and force quit the application from task manager for windows.
