Bridge CC 2019 Uses all of my internet Bandwidth

As soon as i open Bridge CC 2019 my internet bandwidth seems to limited to a bunch of Kbps. I just updated it from CC 2018. In the 2018 version, for some reason, the software used at 100% my integrated gpu, and browsers did slow down. The 2019 version does not seem to have problems with CPU or GPU usage (at leas from what i see from task manager), but it kinda limits my bandwidth! As soon as i open bridge while watching a video on youtube or something i see the speed in my monitoring software falling down from 10Mbps to some Kbps. But i can't see any bandwidth usage in the task manager excluding the browser in which i am watching the video. This is really strange. While bridge uses the bandwidth i can't even connect to the local router admin page, it just does not work.

I am on a dell xps 9560 and windows 10.

Just scanned my system with malawarebyes and found nothing wrong.

Have you found a fix for this yet? I've found that whenever I use any CC products, my bandwidth is depleted and other devies connected to the internet are severly impacted.

Hi, I have the same problem on the same configuration since yesterday. Did you solve this problem in any way?

So the problem is still not solved. I can't use bridge.

I recommend installing a network sniffer or outgoing firewall to see what is actually using all your bandwidth.

Unless you are using Adobe Libraries, Bridge doesn't use Internet bandwidth. Something else is going on with your system.

I am not using adobe libraries, and no anomalous network usage appears in the task manager when I open adobe bridge. But my bandwidth gets limited, and other devices connected to the network are affected too. As soon as i open bridge cc the problem disappears. No personal opinion, just facts..

If the task manager doesn't show Bridge using Internet bandwidth, then you have some other problem.

Updates:

Uninstalled all the Adobe CC suite, removed all files from AppData, ProgramData and Windows Registry, used the Adobe Cleaner Tool to remove all the residues left during the process, I ran a full scan with Malwarebytes, Spybot search & destroy and Windows Defender, then I reinstalled the Adobe suite. I am still having the same problem. This is unacceptable.

When I open Bridge my internet bandwidth still goes down, to a point where I can't use internet anymore.

I contacted the technical support, I chatted for half an hour with a guy that did not want to understand my problem and kept saying that bridge does not connect to the internet so it is a problem of my ISP. Idiot. The support sucks. This is getting very frustrating.
