bridge cc 2019 (v9.02) not multiple issues

hi

adobe bridge shows a circle, square, & triangle in the preview pane instead of showing the selected image. some images will render correctly, when selected, others wont. the same image that renders correctly in the preview pane one time may show as a square, circle & triangle the next time bridge is opened.

software rendering is checked in preferences & i have cleaned out all the cache. all the files are tiffs. my computer is a 27 inch imac running os 10.12.6

    Hi bxlev99,

    We're sorry that Bridge 9.0.2 is not working as expected and the app interface and image rendering isn't working fine.

    There is new update for Bridge available and I'd recommend that you install it from the Creative Cloud desktop app. See Update apps to the latest release of Adobe Creative Cloud ​

    Let us know if after installing the latest version, the issue still persists.
