Bridge CC 2022 Batch Rename not working

Question

Whenever I try to use the Batch Rename in Bridge nothing happens... it was working before I updated to the latest version; however, version 12.0.2.252 does will not rename a batch of files for me.

I have tried starting Bridge using Ctrl+Alt+Shift

I have also tried compacting & purging all cache files

I even unistalled, rebooted and reinstalled Bridge..

I would welcome any suggestions or alternative software recommendations.

Nothing happens...Do you mean that the batch rename window doesn't appear or when you click "Rename" nothing happens?What kind of files are you changing?Can you send a screenshot of your batch rename window so we can see your settings and try to replicate the problem?System information would be helpful too.
