Bridge CC doesn't generate Thumbnails for psd/ psb files and doesn't show Meta File Info.

Greetings,

I'm using Bridge CC 2022 on an M1 Macbook Pro running OS Monterey 12.4.

Bridge doesn't appear to generate Thumbnails for large (~2GB) psd/ psb files. I have Bridge settings at Recommended. The directory has 26 such large files and I left Bridge running for several hours (in a separate screen).

I also find that Bridge doesn't show me File Info Metadata for these files.

Is Bridge just slow or is there another issue?

I updated to 2023 (Bridge v. 13) and, though I have that "Do Not Process Files Larger Than" value set to 10,000MB, it still wont process a thumbnail. I can get the metadate back by right-clicking and selecting "Purge Cache for Selection," but still no preview. I hadn't had this problem with 2022 or earlier versions. Saaad!
