Bridge CC (or Lightroom CC or Photoshop CC)

I need to know how to bulk/batch extract data from IPTC Core data that I have manually input into hundreds of Scanned Photos. ( jpg's )

More specifically, I need to copy the data from IPTC Core fields embedded in many photos, and paste these fields into a spreadsheet.

I am using Bridge CC.  But I also don't see how to do this in Photoshop CC or Lightroom CC.

I apologize in advance for not knowing how to do something so simple.
