Bridge CC preview pane not working?

Bridge CC is no longer showing anything (it appears as solid black) in the preview pane... not sure how to correct this.  The rest of the program seems to work fine, and thumbnails are visible in the content window or filmstrip - depending on the view.  Using a PC running Win 10, and have uninstalled and re-installed the program, reset the workspace to no avail.  Tried with both RAW and JPG files.  Anyone have suggestions?  Thanks -

    Hi f marce,

    Please go to Edit > Camera raw preferences and then uncheck Use Graphics Processor and then relaunch Bridge.
