Bridge crashing at start

Hi all 

1st post !

As soon as I start Bridge I get the below 😞

Have tried a complete removal using Revo and a fresh install - have tried the beta version and get the same !

Using Win10

Any ideas  ?

Paul:

This problem has been extant for months, seemingly on Windows.  Adobe has done nothing.  In the meantime, I've had to revert to version 12.0.3.270 until they fix the crash problem.

Reverting:
Open the Creative Cloud
Uninstall Bridge (an option in “...”)
Reinstall Bridge specifying an earlier version listed as options next to the Install button

You may have to reset the preferences and clear the cache also (Ctrl-Alt-Shift during startup).

Thank you for the tip - I have uninstalled but there does not appear (or i can't see) a way to select previous versions. I only 'Install' 

p.s. I'm using Windows

  1. Click on the ellipses to the right of the Install button.
  2. Click on Other versions
  3. Choose the version you want to try.  I had to go back several versions
