Question

Bridge crashing whenever I try to mark a photo

after working perfectly for a long time, now Bridge is crashing whenever I try to mark a photo with a label or a rating. It can open a folder of photos and view them full-screen but marking them makes it immediately crash.  This is completely updated Bridge 2019 and I've restarted my computer a few times. What makes it more baffling is that Bridge 2018 is working perfectly with no problems at all. O talked to an Adobe person for two hours yesterday and it still is not working.

Same here. Every time I change a file's star rating inside Bridge and the metadata updates, Bridge crashes. It does it to any file in any folder on any hard drive. I uninstalled Bridge and re-installed it, but it still happens.

Have you restored the Preferences, purged the Cache, …?

But you may want to post about this on the Bridge Forum instead of the Photoshop Forum.

I've restored preferences and purged cache a number of times... I don't know about the Bridge forum .. where do I find that?
